Live Table Games and Dealer Action

Our casino floor at 377 Riverside Drive East is open 24 hours a day with 85 live-dealer table games available 24/7. You find blackjack, roulette, baccarat and craps operating on a rolling basis with no need to reserve seats in advance. Our dealers run every hand and spin, while floor supervisors step in for rule calls, chip issues or any clarifications during the game.

Electronic terminals tie into the same back-end systems as the live tables but usually have lower minimum bets and move faster. Some guests stay at the terminals for quick sessions, others jump back to live tables when they want more direct interaction. Over each pit you will see signs listing the game type plus current minimums, though table minimums can change dynamically and may not always be reflected on signage.

The live table zone sits in the middle of the casino. When you spot an open chair, you can just walk up and join the game - no booking process or waitlist for standard limits.

Poker Room Schedule

Our poker room uses PokerAtlas to display live activity, with the room open from noon until late Monday to Thursday, and running continuously from Friday noon until 6am Monday. Before leaving home you can check which games are running, how many tables are open, how long the lists are and current blind levels. We spread cash games every day, with No Limit Texas Hold’em running from 1-2 CAD blinds up to 5-10 CAD. Fixed limit Hold’em usually appears in the evenings, while pot-limit Omaha tends to be offered on weekends.

Tournaments follow a rotating weekly schedule with different buy-in levels, including Bounty tournaments every Friday night and No Limit Texas Hold’em tournaments every Sunday afternoon. Registration opens at the poker desk two hours before each event starts. Late registration usually stays open through the first three blind levels, although the exact cutoff can change based on the structure for that day.

Rake is taken at standard percentages with a set maximum per hand. For higher-limit games we switch to a time collection model instead of pot rake. Poker chips use their own colour set and values, separate from the main casino floor chips, so you need to go to the cage if you want to move funds between poker and other games.

Slot Machines Across the Floor

Across the casino we operate over 1,700 slot machines at different denominations. The biggest part of the floor is penny slots, followed by nickel, quarter and dollar machines spread in clusters. In our high-limit areas, machine minimums per spin vary and are subject to change.

Many slots are linked into progressive jackpot systems. Some progressives are local to a bank of machines and reset when a player hits them, while wide-area games are tied into regional networks and can build larger pools. Above each bank you will see screens listing current jackpot totals plus a short record of recent winners.

Video poker is available as both single-hand and multi-hand games. The pay tables are shown on screen and the return percentages change with the denomination and variant. It is worth pausing for a moment and comparing pay tables before you commit to one machine.

The Colosseum Entertainment

The Colosseum is our on-site performance venue for concerts and comedy shows throughout the year. In the 2026 schedule we have Mo Amer on May 15, George Thorogood on May 21, Devo on June 5, Australian Pink Floyd Show on August 7, Nelly on September 10, Bert Kreischer on October 1, UB40 on October 2, The Black Keys on October 18 and Josh Ross on November 14.

Tickets are sold through Live Nation, Gametime and SeatGeek, with the same events also available at our box office. Entry-level pricing starts near 20 CAD for general admission seats, while premium locations can reach 90 CAD or more. When you buy during casino hours at the box office, pricing lines up with the online platforms.

During purchase you can view a seating chart for that specific show. The room layout may change depending on the performance - some dates include standing room on the floor and others keep all fixed seating. To enter the show, you need government-issued ID that matches the ticket name.

Cosmos Lounge Nightlife

Cosmos Lounge is our main nightlife spot inside the property. We rotate live bands, DJs and special themed nights, with music covering rock and pop, electronic sets, plus classic hits depending on the evening.

Access to Cosmos comes through the casino floor. For most performances we do not charge a separate cover fee, although certain special events may use ticketing. The lounge opens in the evening, with last call timed in line with Ontario service rules.

Booth reservations are handled at our hospitality desk. If there are no reservations on a given time block, walk-in guests use open seating on a first-come basis.

Casino Transactions and Payment

All cash-related activity flows through our main cage. On the floor, you can exchange banknotes for chips directly at the tables, or pick up slot vouchers and larger chip amounts at the cashier windows. Credit and debit card advances are processed at the main cage and may carry fees charged by the provider.

ATMs across the property dispense Canadian dollars. The withdrawal limit comes from your bank settings, not from us. For guests bringing US currency, our currency exchange windows convert at posted rates that we update each business day.

Slot wins are printed as vouchers, which you can cash at any cage window or redeem at a payout kiosk. Vouchers are valid for 180 days from the date printed. After that, they can still be handled at the main cage but require ID and manual processing.

Caesars Rewards Integration

Caesars Rewards connects your play across the casino and other amenities on property. You earn tier credits and reward credits from slots, table games and tracked time in the poker room. Slot play is tracked automatically when you insert the card, while table game activity is rated by dealers and supervisors.

The program tiers move from Gold up through Platinum, Diamond, Diamond Plus, Diamond Elite and Seven Stars. As you climb tiers, you gain benefits like priority check-in lines, parking upgrades and higher bonus multipliers on certain earning activities. Requirements reset at the beginning of each calendar year.

Reward credits can be used in several ways. You may convert them into casino free play, dining vouchers, hotel stays or tickets for selected events on property. The rate of conversion shifts by category, and free play is added directly to your card so you can use it at eligible machines or table games.

To enroll, visit any Caesars Rewards desk with valid government ID. After signing up, you can also access a digital version of your card in the Caesars app, which lets you check balances and see your tier progress in real time without carrying the plastic card.

Dining Options

Within the complex we operate several food outlets for different budgets and timing. The Promenade Cafe provides 24-hour service, so breakfast, lunch or dinner items are available at any time of day or night. For a more formal evening, Neros Steakhouse offers upscale dining where we recommend reservations on weekend nights and apply a dress code for dinner service.

Our food court section includes pizza, Asian-style dishes, burgers, coffee counters and deli-style sandwiches. Hotel rooms connect internally to the casino floor through indoor corridors, and you can book stays either through our website or by phone, which makes it easy to move between your room, dining and the live games.

Location and Border Access

Our property is located along the Detroit River waterfront beside the Windsor-Detroit border crossing. Guests from Michigan typically arrive via the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel or the Ambassador Bridge. Border services operate throughout the day and night for travellers returning to the United States.

Parking structures are attached to the main casino building and offer elevator access directly to the gaming floor. Self-parking is complimentary, while valet parking is available at the primary entrance. Caesars Rewards members have access to priority valet lanes during busier periods.

Transit Windsor bus routes stop along Riverside Drive close to the complex. Our former shuttle service is no longer active, so visitors often rely on personal vehicles, private car services or rideshare. Taxi stands are set up at the main entrance, with on-site dispatch staff present during evening hours.

Operations at Caesars Windsor follow Ontario regulations. Entry and gaming both require guests to be at least 19 years of age, and ID checks are carried out at access points to the casino.

  1. Live table games and Caesars Windsor live games are available 24 hours.
  2. Poker, slots, entertainment and dining can all be reached without leaving the property.
  3. Caesars Rewards ties together your play, perks and future offers.
