Caesars Windsor Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the services, facilities, and digital platforms operated by Caesars Windsor Hotel & Casino in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. By entering the property, using the website, or accessing any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Caesars Windsor operates under a long-term operating agreement with the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), which owns the gaming facility. Caesars Windsor is responsible for both gaming and non-gaming operations at the property.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Caesars Windsor premises, making a reservation, using the website, or participating in any services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not access or use the services.

2. Eligibility and Access Requirements

2.1. Age Restrictions

Access to Caesars Windsor and all outlets on the property is restricted to individuals who are 19 years of age or older. Valid government-issued identification must be provided upon request to verify age and identity. Individuals under 19 years of age are not permitted to enter the casino or participate in any gaming activities.

Participation in the Caesars Rewards loyalty program requires members to be 21 years of age or older, in accordance with program rules that apply across Caesars Entertainment properties.

2.2. Prohibited Individuals

Access to Caesars Windsor is not permitted to:

• Individuals who have been trespassed from Caesars Windsor or any other Caesars Entertainment property
• Individuals enrolled in a self-exclusion program applicable to Caesars Windsor or any OLG property
• Individuals otherwise prohibited from entering by law or regulatory directive
• Individuals who have violated these Terms of Use or property policies

Entry or service may be refused to any individual at the discretion of the property, in accordance with applicable law.

3. Conditions of Entry

3.1. Security and Screening

All guests entering Caesars Windsor, including The Colosseum entertainment venue, are subject to security screening protocols. Bag checks, metal detector screening, and other security measures may be conducted as deemed necessary. By entering the property, you consent to such screening.

3.2. Identification Requirements

Valid government-issued photo identification must be carried at all times while on the property. Identification may be requested at entry points, in gaming areas, at hotel check-in, or when redeeming offers or participating in promotions.

3.3. Conduct Standards

While on the property, you are required to conduct yourself in a lawful and respectful manner. Disruptive behavior, harassment, intoxication, or violation of property rules may result in removal from the premises and prohibition from future access.

4. Hotel Reservations and Cancellations

4.1. Booking Terms

Hotel reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a valid payment method. Room rates, taxes, and fees are confirmed at the time of booking and may vary based on dates, room type, and promotional offers.

4.2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or failure to check in without prior cancellation, may result in charges equivalent to one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes. Certain reservations may be subject to different cancellation terms, which are disclosed at the time of booking.

4.3. Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Valid identification and a credit card in the guest’s name are required at check-in.

5. Use of Digital Platforms

5.1. Website Access

The Caesars Windsor website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate reservations and service requests. The website may not be used for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms of Use.

5.2. Account Security

If you create an account or profile on any Caesars Windsor digital platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported without delay through the contact methods provided on the website.

5.3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Caesars Windsor website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Caesars Entertainment or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any such content without express written permission from the rights holder, except as permitted by applicable law.

6. Caesars Rewards Program

Participation in the Caesars Rewards loyalty program at Caesars Windsor is governed by the Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations, which are incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. Earning and redemption of Caesars Rewards Credits and Tier Credits at Caesars Windsor are subject to program terms, eligibility requirements, and property-specific rules.

Individuals who are trespassed, self-excluded, or otherwise prohibited from accessing Caesars Windsor are not eligible to participate in promotions, redeem offers, or earn rewards at the property.

7. Entertainment and Events

7.1. The Colosseum Policies

Access to shows and events at The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor is subject to show-specific policies and security protocols. Ticket holders must comply with venue rules, including rules relating to prohibited items, photography and recording restrictions, and conduct requirements.

7.2. Event Changes

Events may be canceled, rescheduled, or modified due to circumstances beyond the control of the event operator. In the event of cancellation, ticket refunds or exchanges will be handled in accordance with the terms disclosed at the time of ticket purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caesars Windsor and Caesars Entertainment Windsor Limited are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your access to or use of the services or facilities, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, the total aggregate liability of Caesars Windsor and Caesars Entertainment Windsor Limited for any claim related to these Terms of Use or to the services or facilities is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Caesars Windsor and Caesars Entertainment Windsor Limited are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property, except where such loss or damage results from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by the Caesars Windsor Privacy Policy, which is available on the website. By using the services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with that policy and with applicable Canadian privacy laws.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms of Use or to your use of the services or facilities is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

11. Modifications to Terms

These Terms of Use may be modified at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Caesars Windsor website or upon display at the property. Continued use of the services or facilities following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
